Exterity provides three distinct delivery service models tailored to meet your needs. Primarily, we utilize a managed service delivery model. We’ve built an extensive, nationwide network of qualified Service Partners that we trust to provide quality, reliable service. As a Heartland company, we also partner with our sister companies to provide hybrid and self-perform service delivery models as well. We can tailor the delivery service model to suit your particular service needs.

Each Exterity client is assigned a dedicated Billing Specialist who ensures seamless and customized billing processes.

We keep communication simple and transparent. Every client is assigned a dedicated Client Success Specialist that knows the day-to-day details and proactively communicates any potential issues. Your Specialist works in conjunction with a Key Account Manager (KAM) who manages your Quarterly Business Reviews, KPIs and has an overarching view of your portfolio. Exterity can also provide a Client Portal to our Work Order and Service Validation System, so you can check in on your portfolio independently.

Our Service Partner Relations team thoroughly vets potential Service Partners for full safety and legal compliance before they ever step foot on your site. This team also proactively manages ongoing compliance to guarantee that our Service Partners don’t fall out of compliance.

Our staff is comprised of industry professionals with exterior solution expertise including but not limited to landscape, irrigation, chemical applications, snow removal, turf care and safety. With our nationwide footprint and over 300 years of combined industry experience, we can provide the services you need where you need them.

Our Service Partners are the backbone of Exterity. We want to help every Service Partner grow his/her own companyNot only do we offer convenient growth, transparent communication and technology sharing, but we can provide training, sponsorship and compliance assistance. We also recently launched Exterity Quick Pay to ensure our Service Partners are being paid timely for their hard work.

Services

Getting started with Exterity couldn’t be easier. The only thing you need to provide to initiate a project with us is a list of sites you would like serviced. We can work with you to create a Scope of Work, cadence of operations calls and help with determining what service validation best fits your needs.

Our team can create a tailor-made scope ensuring unparalleled curb appeal and brand standardization while keeping budget and safety in mind. 

We incorporate innovative technology solutions and dedicated Client Success Specialists to confirm all services are completed, on time, with the highest quality assurance. We can customize your service validation documentation and is able to integrate with a variety of Work Order systems, which allows for seamless access to service validation reports and photos.

We can implement work order system integrations and provide service validation to support transparent communication and reduce your administrative burden.

Yes! We have a team of regional Market Managers who are our “boots on the ground.” Our Market Managers work closely with your dedicated Client Success Specialist to audit your sites regularly for quality assurance and enhancement opportunities.

Your Client Success Specialist is your first call to provide feedback regarding your service. Our Specialists work closely with our Market Managers and Service Partners to create a corrective action plan with a timeline that is shared with you. We provide correction photo validation and can even have someone walk the location with you. When necessary, staffing changes can be made for ongoing issues.
